- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (IST) will be processed the next business day.
- Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Locations
We ship within the United States and internationally where permitted by law.
Certain products may not be available for shipment to specific states or countries due to regulatory restrictions.

United States
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
International Orders
- Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
- Expedited International Shipping: 3–7 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, shipping method, and destination.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
Dalisay Herbals is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
7. Delayed Shipments (U.S. Compliance Notice)
In accordance with U.S. consumer protection guidelines, if we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to:
- Accept the revised shipping date, or
- Cancel the order for a full refund.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
- If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.
We will review claims and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Dalisay Herbals is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen after delivery.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
